So over the last 12 weeks we have asked all 4321 members to check-in their workouts on Facebook and have encouraged some friendly competition by posting a bonus workout each week that gave 1 lucky member the chance to grab 3 bonus points if they completed the workout in the fastest possible time! The member with the most points at the end of the 12 weeks would win a fitness hamper worth £120! So who is the lucky winner….
A big WELL DONE and CONGRATULATIONS to Lynn for taking the top spot and winning the fitness goodies! A holiday proved the perfect motivation for Lynn and she had an incredible 12 weeks!
She says “I really enjoyed the 4321 challenge. It was perfect timing for me as I wanted to start focusing my training for my holiday. The fact that I checked in after each workout was great as it increased accountability and made me more likely to ensure I fitted it in. Also, I particularly enjoyed the bonus workouts – with limited time it was great to have one day a week with a short but intense workout – usually around 10 to 15 minutes. Even with the short timeframe, I can tell Nadia really knows how to make them effective and I still often felt the effect of having done these the next day. I think the challenge was a great idea and it really worked for me – I definitely feel fitter and stronger than when I started. Thanks Nadia – looking forward to the next one!”
Also, a massive well done to everyone that took part and managed to get some high scores on the board and particularly to Martine who clocked a minimum of 4 workouts a week for the full 12 weeks of the challenge! Incredible consistency, well done!
