Sileas Macinnes

The first to enter the Hall of Fame and receive the elusive blue star!
CONGRATULATIONS! Let's hear what she has to say...

I used to think exercising meant going to the gym and spending an hour on the treadmill or elliptical machine. This sort of exercise was extremely monotonous and lead to me making any excuse to get out of doing it. After starting my training with Nadia and my journey on her Signature Collection, I've found a new love for exercise and I've started to take my fitness seriously. It's taken me a little over a year to complete the Signature Collection completely, there's been days I've cursed Nadia and her squat jumps but bit by bit I've started to feel stronger and I'm ecstatic to have finished the Master stage now.

What have you enjoyed the most about the Signature Collection?

I've really enjoyed watching my body strengthen, from not being able to do a sit up without my feet under the sofa to completing numerous with ease (sort of). I've enjoyed learning new ways to challenge my body and actually being able to enjoy working out. I've also loved the feeling of completing each stage of the collection and being able to PUSH THE BUTTON!

If you think back to when you started what would you say has been your biggest achievement or improvement?

I think my biggest achievement is actually starting to enjoy working out. I also think my biggest improvement has been my core strength, it's something I had very little of at the start and now I would consider it to be pretty strong.

What would you still like to work on?

I'm still keen to work on everything but if I had to choose something specifically, I'd probably say I'd like to work on my upper body strength a little more. I find I tire much more quickly doing arm work outs than legs.

What would be your advice to anyone currently doing the programme to help them stay on track?

That it's definitely worth ploughing through and that the results are worth the pain!

What would you say to anyone thinking about starting?

I would encourage everyone to give the Signature Collection a go, it's been hugely beneficial for me. It gives you goals to aim for and allows you to work at your own pace so it's catered for everyone and anyone. I couldn't recommend it enough!

Are you next?
